Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. Prepare and present high‑quality dishes to luxury hospitality standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail and presentation. Ability to supervise and support junior kitchen staff effectively. Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
