Lead Salesforce Developer (Technical Lead) - SA We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of Salesforce projects and product modules. The role includes enforcing code quality, ensuring release readiness, mentoring developers, and providing strategic guidance for complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and multi-cloud environments, along with strong leadership and delivery management experience. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery across client projects and internal product modules Break down work into sprint-ready user stories and technical tasks Conduct code reviews and enforce Apex/LWC development standards and best practices Guide complex Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, authentication patterns) Oversee deployment readiness, release governance, and production stabilization Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes Mentor and coach developers, interns, and junior staff on best practices and coding standards Participate in technical interviews and training sessions Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and high team productivity Advanced Apex development, including asynchronous patterns, governor limit-aware design, and test classes Develop LWC components and ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices Salesforce data modeling, including objects, relationships, record types, and schema governance Configure security and sharing models: OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and FLS Configure automation and declarative solutions: Flows, validation rules, approvals, and Lightning pages Integration & DevOps Troubleshoot and debug integrations using logs, error handling, and retry mechanisms Apply Git-based development workflows and structured release practices Support CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment discipline Salesforce Product & Cloud Expertise Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ and other Salesforce modules as needed Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and modules DevOps and Git-based development experience Full-stack exposure (frontend + backend) is advantageous Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities Commitment to code quality, stable releases, and delivery excellence Minimum Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with leadership responsibilities Proven track record delivering complex Salesforce projects and integrations Hands-on experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments and declarative/automated solutions Experience mentoring teams and enforcing development best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications Experience in Financial Services / Banking Salesforce projects Knowledge of full-stack development and DevOps practices Track record of on-time delivery, low defect rates, and stable releases #J-18808-Ljbffr
