Overview CFI South Africa is expanding its dynamic sales floor and looking for ambitious Sales Account Managers to join our fast-growing team. This is a high-energy role suited to individuals who excel under pressure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in turning leads into long-term, high-value trading relationships. You’ll be at the frontline of our growth — managing client acquisition, conversions, and ongoing engagement across the South African market. Every day brings new challenges, new targets, and new opportunities to outperform. Main Responsibilities Engage with potential clients via inbound leads, calls, and follow-ups — converting interest into funded trading accounts. Manage your own portfolio of active clients, maintaining consistent communication and encouraging regular trading activity. Deliver on key performance metrics, including new accounts, deposits, and monthly trading volume. Support clients throughout their trading journey — from initial onboarding to platform education and ongoing retention. Collaborate with the Compliance, and Support/Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a world-class client experience. Keep up to date with financial market movements, platform updates, and CFI’s multi-asset product offering (FX, indices, commodities, and crypto). Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and daily progress updates. Requirements 2–3+ years’ experience in sales or account management within financial services, trading, or brokerage environments. A natural closer — goal-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about client success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive approach. Proven ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure — thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance sales floor environment. Sound understanding of trading principles, leverage, and risk management (MT4/MT5 experience is a must). Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional African language advantageous.
