Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field will be advantageous. Basic technical experience with an electrical and/or mechanical engineering background. Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Valid Code 08 drivers license is essential; EB license will be advantageous. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a technical support environment. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and solutions-driven approach. Willingness and availability to work after hours on an ad hoc basis when operationally required. Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required by the business.
