The purpose of the Project Planner role is to develop and maintain all project schedules in accordance with the relevant contracts through directly liaising with other business functions while ensuring data integrity throughout the project life cycle. The Project Planner will also be responsible for carrying out project planning on all allocated projects. Responsibilities Draft Program Management Plan and Cost Management Plan; Draft the project Program and update it based on actual construction progress; Follow up the actual construction progress and provide solutions if the progress falls behind the planned schedule; Review the project time schedule provided by all subcontractors; Ensure that all delays or claims are recorded and documented with evidence; Update project progress weekly and ensure the team has the latest accurate project plan; Compile project quality documentation; Incorporate any project scope changes into the project plan; Stay current with applicable department, discipline, and project procedures; Attend courses for continuous professional development as related to the position.
