Experience with BroadWorks. Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones. Required Certifications Networking and Communication Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification BroadWorks Certification UCC Specific Certifications: WebEx Technical Certification Call Cabinet Training Responsibilities Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored UCC solutions. Integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, and Contact Centre solutions. Set up and manage WebEx, Operator Connect, and MS Teams Direct Connect. Configure and maintain Call Recording solutions. Utilize NetAxis APIO and BroadWorks platforms effectively. Ensure seamless operation of Yealink and Polycom phones within the UCC ecosystem. Provide technical support and training to clients on deployed solutions.
