Industrial Relations Administrator We currently have an exciting position available for an Industrial Relations Administrator, to be based at our branch in Gqeberha. Duties & Responsibilities You are responsible for: Assisting Consultants: Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request (when needed). Closing of consultant billings on CMS. Draft recommendations for consultants. Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic IR documents. Administration: Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS. Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information). Filing and drawing clients’ files. Reports: Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external, e.g., reports for national clients). Adhoc: Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately. Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via email. Package & Remuneration Salary: R12 750 CTCBenefits: Laptop, Cell phone, Internet, and Pension Fund.
