Responsibilities Participate in a structured 12-month Learnership programme designed to develop cybersecurity and IT skills. Engage in technical skills training, workplace readiness activities, soft skills development, and ongoing peer mentoring. Complete placements in a workplace after training. Skills and knowledge You must be a South Africa Citizen. Must not currently be employed or participate in any Learnership programme. Must not currently be busy with any other studies full time. Must be between the ages of 18 and 34 years. Applicants must have a clear criminal record. Applicants must be able to attend classes on weekdays (in Midrand, Johannesburg) and will thereafter be placed in a workplace. Applicants must be prepared to commit for 12 months. Have a Standard 10/Grade 12 Certificate (English and Mathematics as the main subjects). National Diploma in IT NQF Level 5. Any cybersecurity certificates not issued by SETA. Further Education and Training Certificate in IT: Technical Support Level 4. Basic understanding of IT concepts (hardware, networking, operating systems). Prior IT experience or certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+) is advantageous but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
