Key Responsibilities Deliver practical and theoretical training in: Wine pairing and fine wine service Mixology and high-end bartending Luxury housekeeping and turndown standards Event planning and guest experience management Mentor, inspire, and support students through their training journey. Assist in refining and evolving course content to stay aligned with global yachting standards. Contribute to a positive, high-performance learning environment. Undertake international training if required to meet industry expectations. Requirements Solid background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, event management, or private household service.
