Located in the heart of Pietermaritzburg, we want to expand our team to provide exceptional swimming programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pietermaritzburg for a Level 1 (min) Swim Coach. The Swim Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering swim lessons, coaching individuals and groups, and helping participants enhance their swimming techniques. Daily tasks include evaluating swimmers, ensuring safety during all sessions, and providing personalised feedback and encouragement. The coach will work closely with the aquatics team to maintain a safe and positive environment for all members and participants. Qualifications Proficiency in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and Swimming techniques Experience with Lifeguarding and ensuring water safety Familiarity with aquatics programs and activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with individuals of varying ages and skill levels First Aid and CPR certification is highly beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
