The CC facilitates the application process for such customers through the input of application data into EF application systems, including uploading supporting documentation such as payslips and bank statements. Job Responsibilities: Promote Evolution Finance offerings to potential customers of buildware merchants. Assist customers in completing loan applications and upload necessary documentation. Serve as the primary contact for applicants regarding application status and outcomes. Set up merchant accounts for the acquisition of building materials. Contribute to societal development by facilitating housing finance and supporting build-ware merchants in expanding their services. Job Requirements: Matric certificate; tertiary qualification is advantageous. Experience in a sales environment is advantageous. Basic computer literacy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Networking skills and ability to handle multiple clients. Self-motivated and results-driven.
