The MS Engineer L2 will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks that ensures that all client environments are well managed, supported and in line with agreed service level metrics. The focus will be on SharePoint development as a SaaS solution however deep understand of all the Office 365 services is essential. The role will require in depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions with specific reference to Azure and OKTA. Operates an environment that is reliable and stable Service Request Management Capacity Management Availability Management Continuity Management Life Cycle Management Recommend a minimum of two improvements within are of responsibility per financial year Projects are delivered on time, within budget and meets or exceeds customer quality expectations.
