Key Responsibilities Maintain and update cash books to ensure accurate daily entries. Perform bank and account reconciliations to support financial accuracy. Assist in debtors management, including follow-ups and collections support. Prepare and capture financial transactions in accordance with company policies. Support the month-end process by compiling and verifying relevant documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Use Excel for basic reporting, data entry, and reconciliation purposes. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential). Basic Excel skills, comfortable using spreadsheets for data entry and reporting. Reliable transport to the Atlantis office (this is an on‑site role).
