We are looking for a commercially minded, strategic Product Manager to take ownership of one of our core product areas. What You'll Do Product strategy & vision: Define a compelling product vision and value proposition for customers and partners. Product roadmap: Build and own a clear, outcome driven 12-month roadmap. Prioritisation: Prioritise opportunities driving growth, customer retention, ARR growth, and sharpen our competitive edge. AI/ML and automation: Bring forward thinking on AI/ML, predictive analytics and automation to differentiate our offering. Alignment: Align product direction with business strategy, integration priorities and channel-first ambitions. Commercial leadership Data-driven business cases: Create data driven business cases; clearly articulating opportunity, impact, risks, effort and expected ROI. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, channel, customer success & support teams to validate demand and evaluate tradeoffs. KPIs: Own and improve core KPIs including adoption, usage, retention, churn risk, NPS/CSAT and ARR. Customer, channel & market insight Understand MSPs, VARs, distributors, and SMB customer environments. Translate feedback, telemetry and AI-generated insights into actionable product decisions. Maintain awareness of cyber security trends, competitive shifts and channel economics. Translate insights into clear, evidence-based investment decisions. Sustain regular communication with strategic customers via conferences, product webinars, and customer advisory board (CAB) programmes. Cross functional leadership Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design and Scrum Masters to turn strategy into outcomes. Lead across teams where platform services, AI capabilities and customer experience intersect, advocating for customer needs across the business. Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering and GTM functions to maximise impact of strategic direction. What You Bring Experience as a Product Manager within cyber security, data protection, email security, backup/recovery or adjacent SaaS. Strong commercial instincts; comfortable building business cases, owning KPIs, and modelling customer value. Understanding of MSP and channel-based business models (UK/Ireland or North America experience is valuable). Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills; you bring people with you. A track record of using AI and automation to elevate products or customer experience.
