The successful candidate will play a key role in managing platforms such as Zoho One, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and other business systems, while developing dashboards, automations, integrations, and internal applications that improve operational efficiency across the business.Key Responsibilities: Business Platforms & Application Management: Own the full lifecycle of internal business platforms, including design, development, customization, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Configure, customize, and administer platforms such as Zoho One, including workflows, automations, user roles, permissions, modules, and approved integrations. Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, extensions, and internal applications to support operational and strategic objectives. Support and administer Microsoft SharePoint environments, including sites, document libraries, permissions, collaboration portals, and content structures within Microsoft 365. Reporting, Data & Analytics: Design and maintain interactive dashboards, management reports, and data visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. Analyse and model large datasets to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities. Deliver standardized, self-service, and ad hoc reporting solutions aligned with business KPIs and reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security across all reporting outputs and business platforms. Systems Integration & Automation: Implement and maintain integrations between business systems, including Zoho One, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other internal platforms. Develop and maintain process automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Support seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms and reporting tools. Support & Documentation: Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders. Maintain clear technical documentation, user guides, workflows, and best-practice standards. Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support to management and business units as required.
