My client is growing their Strategy & Innovation function and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can operate independently and confidently in a product‑ and systems‑driven environment. This is not a note‑taking role, its for someone who leads conversations, challenges assumptions, and translates business intent into clear, actionable specifications.Youll work closely with clients, developers, BI teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, system architecture, and long‑term strategy. Your work will directly influence product enhancements, process improvements, and implementation success.What youll be doing: Leading requirements‑gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholdersAnalyzing and documenting business processes, system flows, and functional requirementsTranslating business needs into structured specifications for Development and BI teamsIdentifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvementSupporting strategic initiatives and product enhancement planningManaging scope definition and contributing to impact analysisFacilitating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and audit‑readyActing as a bridge between strategy, operations, and technical teamsThis role suits someone who enjoys complexity, accountability, and seeing ideas move into production.Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst at an intermediate levelProven experience working on system implementations or product enhancementsStrong process mapping and functional documentation skillsAbility to analyze complex system interactions and data flowsConfident, professional client‑facing communication skillsStrong written and verbal EnglishAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliverablesStructured, analytical, and commercially aware mindsetQualification: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
