External Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing) – Midrand A manufacturing business based in Midrand is seeking an experienced External Sales Coordinator to support its sales function, key accounts, and order management processes. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 plus a qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field At least 5 years’ experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or order processing Solid understanding of end-to-end sales administration and order-to-cash workflows Previous exposure to supporting national or key account environments will be an advantage Strong Excel skills and experience working on ERP or similar order management systems Ability to interpret sales data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Key Responsibilities Review and interpret sales and customer data to detect changes in buying patterns, declines, and potential growth opportunities Proactively engage customers to drive repeat orders, replenishment, and product uptake via telephone and other channels Provide operational support to the National Key Accounts Manager, including follow-ups and execution of sales initiatives Process customer orders accurately in line with agreed pricing, terms, and account requirements Verify stock availability and communicate realistic delivery timelines to customers Coordinate closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery Manage order exceptions such as back orders, partial shipments, credit notes, invoices, and customer queries Act as a central coordination point between customers, internal sales, warehouse, logistics, finance, and key account management Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales and order-related reports #J-18808-Ljbffr
