Job Description: Manage financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Maintain strong relationships with funders and key stakeholders Support asset management activities and reporting requirements Assist with year-end audits and statutory reporting processes Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for developments Develop financial models, including rental projections and return assumptions Perform covenant calculations for bank reporting Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess financial risks and scenarios Monitor portfolio performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives Evaluate budgets and forecasts to support decision-making Support feasibility assessments and planning for new developments Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements Implement technologies to strengthen financial control and reporting Oversee debtor management, including billing, collections, and arrears control Engage with tenants and enforce credit control policies Skills & Experience: CA(SA) Minimum 710+ years experience in property finance Strong expertise in MDA Property Management with a proven track record in debtor management and billing Experience managing large property portfolios (retail, commercial, residential) Strong financial analysis and reporting skills High accuracy and attention to detail Assertive in collections and credit control Effective in fast-paced environments Innovation-driven with focus on systems improvement Strategic and commercially minded Self-driven and team-oriented Qualification: BCom Accounting / Finance CA(SA) For more information connect with us on
