Responsibilities Conduct ITIL training aligned with PeopleCert curriculum and frameworks. Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise. Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples. Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials. Requirements ITIL Certified Trainer through PeopleCert (mandatory). Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL best practices.
