Rental Consultant Role Profile Job Title: Rental Consultant Quantity: 1 Location: Western Cape Age: 30-40 Gender: Female Language: Fluent in both English & Afrikaans Primary Duties: Assist in client services Rentals of property Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials Market research Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Real Estate, Rentals or Property Management Qualification: Grade 12 minimum Tertiary qualification is advantageous PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate will be advantageous Candidate Requirements: Must be able to sell Excellent people skills and interpersonal relations Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook Compensation: R25k-R30k Incentives Medical scheme benefits Risk benefits Urgency: Preferably at the latest 01 July 2026
