Job Description: Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Lead the full lifecycle delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, business case preparation, scope definition, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, and change adoption Ensure alignment of project plans across all stakeholders, including the Hub, project team, and Commercial Finance Coordinate transition planning to ensure alignment with Hub resource capacity and requirements Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and stage gate controls Track progress and follow up with task owners to drive timely completion of deliverables Maintain and manage the project risk register, with particular attention to process and control risks identified during knowledge transfer Foster a collaborative team environment within the Shared Service Centre, providing support to colleagues where required Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes and strengthen controls Skills & Experience: Finance process transition experience essential NetSuite and Adaptive Insight Shared Service experience Good communication Qualification: Degree Project Management qualification Connect with us on
