Key Responsibilities Data Integration & Analytics Design and develop integrated reporting solutions by consolidating data from multiple sources into unified and meaningful business views. Analyse large and complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across reporting platforms. Develop and maintain multidimensional data models, OLAP environments, and tabular reporting structures. Identify opportunities to optimise data architecture, reporting performance, and system scalability. Business Intelligence & Reporting Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business reporting requirements. Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support key business objectives. Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions while driving standardisation and best practices across the organisation. Lead reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Maintain and administer BI platforms, reporting environments, and associated infrastructure. Data Warehousing & Systems Administration Support and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions. Manage reporting environments and ensure seamless integration between systems and data sources. Monitor and maintain reporting tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Drive continuous improvement within reporting processes and BI architecture. Stakeholder Engagement & Insights Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions. Identify trends, performance drivers, anomalies, and commercial opportunities within large datasets. Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and impactful manner. Act as a trusted advisor on reporting, analytics, and business intelligence best practices. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Intelligence Development, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar role. Strong experience working with data warehouse concepts and large-scale data environments. Advanced SQL Server development skills and experience working with complex relational databases. Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI development and administration. Strong understanding of OLAP, ETL processes, data modelling, and reporting architecture. Experience with: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Data Warehousing and Data Modelling Reporting Automation and Dashboard Development Exposure to the Financial Services or Insurance industry will be advantageous.
