Experience is required in leading a sales team, leading managers who have teams under them, and digital client journey management. Responsibilities: Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs. Lead and mentor the sales team. Deliver the client value proposition. Define the customer experience golden thread andensure delivery through the sales team and Marketingdivisions digital team. Set up client experience measures and feedbackexercises, using the results to motivate for and drivecontinuous improvement. Propose improvements and new features related tothe products and client service processes. Take ownership of collections and co-ordinate thesolve for operational issues impacting the clientexperience. Requirements: Motivated by sales targets. A track record of identifying, developing andmentoring great talent, and building andmotivating high achieving teams. Has been on the front line of sales in your career. A true love for customers and customer advocate. Experience in Digital Marketing & Communication amust, while working previously with onlineautomated solutions is a plus.
