Overview We’re looking for a smart, energetic, hands‑onDigital Managerto lead and grow our digital agency. We’re not a big, bloated corporate. This role is for someone who lives and breathes digital, knows how to get things done, and is excited by the idea of building, leading and growing something. You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking strategically, managing clients, leading a team, and rolling up your sleeves when needed. We want someone who is dynamic, sharp, commercially minded and deeply digital. Someone with strong instincts, good energy, leadership potential, and the ability to bring structure, momentum and fresh thinking to the agency. What you’ll be doing You’ll take the lead across our digital function, including: Overseeing client accounts and digital delivery Leading strategy across paid media, organic, email, web and broader digital campaigns Managing workflow, deadlines, briefs and team output Building strong client relationships and presenting with confidence Identifying opportunities for growth, improvement and innovation Helping recruit, mentor and grow the digital team Bringing clarity, accountability and energy into the business What we’re looking for Solid hands‑on experience across digital marketing channels Proven ability to lead people, projects and client relationships Strong understanding of digital strategy, performance and operations Confident communicator with good presentation and writing skills Organised, solutions‑driven and commercially aware Attention to detail, understanding of budgeting and financial controls Someone with energy, initiative and the ambition to grow with the agency Why this role is exciting You’ll have the chance to help lead a growing agency, shape its digital offering, influence the culture, build the team, and be a key part of where we go next.
