We are seeking an experienced Construction Support Manager to manage and support the delivery of infrastructure projects, while contributing to business development and client engagement. Minimum Qualifications Construction-related qualification (e.g. Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field) Eligibility for professional registration (e.g. PrQS, RICS, or equivalent) Minimum Experience Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry Strong construction knowledge across project lifecycles Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor infrastructure projects from inception to close-out Support contractors to ensure effective and compliant project delivery Attend and lead site meetings Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Oversee project cost, quality, and timelines Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and standards Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and clients Support tenders, proposals, and client engagements Key Areas of Competence Required Evaluating and interpreting data objectively Investigating issues with a practical mindset and sound judgment Creative thinking and idea generation Strong relationship-building skills Clear and effective communication Confidence to challenge ideas constructively Decision-making and leadership ability Adaptability and composure under change Team collaboration and support Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness High ethical standards and integrity Key Performance Areas (KPAs) A.
