Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant financial management experience Key Performance Areas Management Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making. Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Planning & Budgeting: Develop and monitor financial plans and budgets. Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimize tax strategies. Hedging Process: Manage hedging activities to mitigate financial risks. CAPEX Management: Control and monitor capital expenditure projects. Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow and manage working capital efficiently. SHEQ: Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. Governance and Controls: Implement and maintain effective financial controls and governance frameworks. People Management & Development: Lead and develop finance team members. In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or equivalent. Familiarity with financial policies, procedures, and processes. Understanding of regulatory, statutory, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in SAP ECC6 EPM and BW systems, and Cognos.
