Oversee installation, maintenance, insepection and repair of electrical systems and infrastructure. Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and operational disruptions Diagnose faults and ensure efficient cirrective actions Ensure all electrical systems ( lighting, DB borads, generators, pumps,motors) are fully operational. Issuing of Certificates of Compliance (COC) , issusing 3-phase & 1-phase COC and ensuring it complies to the SANS 10142- wiring codes Support maintenance across hospitality facilities , including plumbing, repairs &general upkeep. Supervise maintenance teams, allocate work & monitor performance. Develop and implement preventatitve maintenance schedules and procedures. Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, OHS standards and SANS requirements. Manage maintenance tools, inventory and workplace resources. Compile maintenance reports and ensure accurate record-keeping Respond to breakdowns, emergencies and after-hours maintenance calls. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and eneregy efficiency.
