Manage work orders within business SLA’s. Proactively offer solutions to customer issues and concerns. Consistently apply agreed behavioural and compliance standards. Share knowledge and skills with other team members. Communicate new, relevant information to colleagues, customers and managers. Develop and maintain current knowledge of the campaign. Ensure first‑contact resolution at all times. Protect information security and correctly report any issues. Provide excellent customer experiences at all times. Verify and update customer information. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of international contact centre experience (essential). Passed Grade 12. Ability to work shifts aligned to UK business hours.
