Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding co-ordination. Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for scarce and hard-to-fill roles. Conduct candidate screening interviews and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage. Facilitate salary discussions and offer negotiations with candidates. Co-ordinate recruitment administration and onboarding documentation related to the hiring process. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and site leadership regarding recruitment progress, talent availability, and hiring strategies. Track recruitment activity, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring metrics. Develop innovative sourcing approaches to secure high-quality and diverse talent. Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with relevant South African labour legislation and hiring practices. Important Clarification: This role is dedicated specifically to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. It does not include broader HR generalist responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in full-function recruitment within a complex or high-volume environment. Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates and managing difficult-to-fill vacancies. Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder engagement and candidate management skills. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and recruitment co-ordination abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems / HR systems.
