Growth and development of team through coaching, regular review of performance, recognition and motivation.QualificationsEssentialA Matric/Grade 12 Certificate Experience Required2 year experience as a call center team leader Telecoms experience preferred Additional InformationThe call centre currently operates between 8am and 6pm 7 days a week.
