What You'll Be Doing Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to successful placement Building and growing your own client portfolio within a specialised market Identifying and securing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high-calibre candidates to client requirements Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to clients Negotiating offers and managing the placement process from start to finish Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales and placement targets Maintaining accurate candidate and client records on internal systems What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, sales, or business development Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills A target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results Excellent communication and negotiation abilities High levels of resilience, energy, and self-motivation Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness A desire to build a successful career within a high-performance environment Why Join Network Recruitment?
