Duties & Responsibilities Receive and execute maintenance from a job–card system Assist students with maintenance as and when required Manage and assist sub‑contractors onsite Be available after hours and on weekends to assist with maintenance issues Assist the team with site walks to execute the noise protocol Good stock taking and stock management skills Operate the maintenance tracking system electronically (phone APP) Assist Community function team when required Follow operational protocol What do we offer you?
