Role Description The Business Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include developing customized financial solutions, offering professional advice, analyzing client needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and upholding compliance with company standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
