Electrical Draughtsman/Design Engineer (EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical) – Relocation to the Netherlands Location: Netherlands Employment Type: Full-time Contract Type: Long-term (with potential for permanent employment) Relocation support provided Are you an Electrical Draughtsman Engineer or Technician with hands‑on experience in EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical ? We are looking for professionals who can design, read, modify, and maintain electrical schematics using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical to support industrial machinery projects in the Netherlands. You will join a technical engineering team working on new designs, redesigns, and modernization projects for advanced industrial machines used by clients worldwide. E experience with EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical is the most important requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities Electrical design and redesign of industrial machinery and systems Creating, modifying, and maintaining electrical schematics in EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical Translating technical designs into practical and buildable solutions Supporting repair, modernization, and lifecycle improvements of machines Ensuring accurate electrical documentation and data consistency Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and production teams Supporting customer-specific technical solutions when required Requirements Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technician / Mechatronics / Mechanical or similar technical diploma 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical (mandatory) Experience in industrial environments (machinery, automation, manufacturing, OEM, food industry is a plus) Ability to read, assemble, and improve electrical designs Structured, detail‑oriented, and solution‑oriented mindset Fluent in Afrikaans Good communication skills in English Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands We Offer 1–2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment Monthly gross salary: €4,357 + shift allowance (if applicable) 25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km Relocation Support First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed €1,500 – €3,000 net relocation bonus Pick‑up on arrival and onboarding support (bank account, BSN registration, insurance, etc.) Work permit and visa sponsorship (if applicable) Team onboarding events and community support Want to know more about this opportunity?
