About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and statutory obligations across designated business units within a group structure. You’ll work closely with senior finance leadership and stakeholders, contributing to both routine reporting cycles and ad hoc finance initiatives throughout the year. The role offers a strong mix of technical financial accounting, group consolidation exposure, and stakeholder engagement, making it well suited to a CA(SA) who enjoys hands‑on involvement while also contributing to broader business discussions. What You Will Be Doing Manage financial reporting for designated entities within a group environment Prepare management and statutory financial reports, including consolidations Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements Oversee tax compliance and related reporting obligations Prepare holding company and group annual financial statements (AFS) Support and manage finance‑related projects across the cluster during the year Engage with internal stakeholders, contributing to business and strategic discussions Manage theintercompany loan confirmation process Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and ad hoc finance deliverables Prepare fund flow and AUM reporting Who We’re Looking For Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a financial accounting role Strong exposure to consolidations and a solid understanding of IFRS Financial services experience advantageous, but not essential for strong technical candidates Technical & Personal Attributes Exposure to financial reporting and consolidation systems Experience with large ERP accounting systems Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accurate Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under pressure Collaborative team player with a problem‑solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
