Employer Description Our client is seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced BIM modelling solutions across high-end residential and luxury hospitality projects, with a strong focus on precision, detailing, and spatial coordination. Job Description Responsibilites: Develop advanced Revit models for complex architectural and interior projects Create and manage complex parametric Revit families Produce high-density technical detailing and documentation Ensure accurate spatial coordination across multidisciplinary project teams Maintain BIM standards and modelling best practices throughout project lifecycles Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to support project delivery Assist in maintaining model quality, accuracy, and consistency Qualifications National Diploma in Architectural Technology Skills 35+ years experience within high-end hospitality, large-scale residential, or similar project environments Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows Strong understanding of BIM standards and modelling best practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Portfolio showcasing large-scale hospitality and international developments Experience working on projects for global hotel operators such as Marriott Luxury Brands, Four Seasons, or One&Only Exposure to major Middle Eastern developments would be advantageous Previous experience within Tier-1 lead consultant architectural or multidisciplinary firms such as Arcadis, AECOM, or AtkinsRéalis Benefits Negotiable
