Job Purpose: To install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Qualified Millwright Trade Test Certificate 3-5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated systems Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Medically fit and physically capable Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby Valid drivers license advantageous Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on plant equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults Repair and maintain machinery Conduct inspections and routine servicing Install and commission equipment Ensure minimal downtime Adhere to health and safety procedures Complete maintenance reports Assist with continuous improvement Skills and Competencies: Strong technical abilities, good communication, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and in a team, time management, safety conscious.
