Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure effective communication and engagement. Drive business readiness and change adoption in partnership with Skilled Team members and Business Owners. Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on project performance, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders, including divisional executives. Utilize JIRA and Microsoft Suite for project tracking, reporting, and presentations.
