About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities by introducing Hivemind to companies that are actively hiring. Your primary responsibility is to identify decision‑makers, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and book high‑quality meetings for our senior sales team. This is a high‑performance, target‑driven role for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys building pipeline, and wants to grow in tech sales. You will receive structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching. What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Pipeline Generation: Identify and engage founders, recruiters, and hiring managers. Discovery & Qualification: Understand hiring challenges and determine product fit. CRM Management: Track outreach, pipeline, and performance metrics. Product Positioning: Clearly articulate Hivemind’s value proposition in early‑stage conversations.
