Our client, in the manufacturing industry and a prominent brand; is seeking to employ a Junior Bookkeeper to join their Finance team based in Coega. Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Junior Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles Experience with creditors and debtors functions Knowledge of SAP and EMA systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and within a team environment Responsibilities Bookkeeping and Financial Administration Maintain accurate financial transaction records Process and post financial transactions to subsidiary accounts Reconcile subsidiary accounts and general ledger accounts Maintain historical financial records electronically and manually Assist with defining operational and product-related costs Perform balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month‑end financial reporting Fixed Assets Administration Assist with maintaining the Fixed Asset Register Ensure timely capitalisation of fixed assets Support fixed asset tracking and reporting processes Creditors and Debtors Administration Process supplier invoices accurately and time‑ously Reconcile creditor accounts to supplier statements Prepare creditor payments for authorisation Obtain approvals for payments exceeding authorised limits Support debtor and accounts administration activities Intercompany Transactions Process intercompany invoices Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions Ensure accurate financial reporting between entities #J-18808-Ljbffr
