Required Skills & Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS HCM. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, including:Core HR Payroll Self-Service HR (SSHR) iRecruitment Learning Management Performance Management Compensation & Benefits Time & Labour Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementations and support engagements. Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability. Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements. Knowledge of integrations between Oracle EBS HCM and third-party systems. Experience with testing methodologies and defect management. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. Oracle certifications will be advantageous. Relevant ERP or HCM certifications preferred.
