The Role: Recruitment Consultant (Delivery) As a Recruitment Consultant (Delivery), you will play a key role in sourcing and managing high-quality candidates across multiple international markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support active client accounts, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to successful placements across technical sectors, including Technology, AI, Engineering, and Life Sciences. This role is suited to someone who enjoys candidate engagement, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is eager to develop into a full 360 recruitment consultant role within an international business. Key Responsibilities 24 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency environment Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple international markets Work closely with Directors to support live vacancies and key client accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process Write and manage job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity Contribute towards team targets through consistent, high-quality delivery Support recruitment activity across technical sectors, including Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, AI, and Machine Learning Communicate with candidates and clients across North American markets, including flexibility for later evening calls when required About You 24 years of recruitment experience, ideally within agency recruitment or IT sales Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills Experience recruiting within technical or technology-focused roles would be advantageous Exposure to AI, machine learning, or North American recruitment markets is beneficial Experience using SourceWhale or similar AI-driven outreach tools is highly desirable Good understanding of North American geography, time zones, and market nuances would be advantageous Excellent communication and organisational skills Proactive, driven, and eager to progress into a full 360 consultant role Comfortable working within a high-performance, international team environment Able to manage workload independently while maintaining a high standard of service delivery Whats on Offer Clear progression path into a Senior/360 Consultant role Exposure to international and high-value recruitment markets Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Remote working structure with international market exposure Commission earning potential in addition to base salary Opportunity to work closely with experienced recruitment leadership teams
