Finance Business Partner Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) or Pretoria Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a qualified CA(SA) professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about financial reporting, governance, business partnering, and driving operational performance through meaningful financial insight. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial controls, enhancing reporting processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with operational stakeholders across the business. Minimum Requirements CA(SA) qualification essential 2–5 years post-articles experience Experience within industry, audit, or consulting with commercial exposure Strong understanding of: Month-end close processes Financial controls and reconciliations Management information reporting Variance analysis Cashflow forecasting Audit working papers IFRS exposure Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Proficient in PowerPoint and ERP/reporting systems Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems advantageous Power BI experience advantageous Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring all reconciliations, journals, and sign-offs are completed accurately and within deadlines Prepare and deliver high-quality management reporting packs with insightful variance analysis and consolidated commentary Ensure audit readiness through accurate maintenance of working papers, technical schedules, and statutory documentation Compile Annual Financial Statements accurately and ensure timely submission Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts and support covenant monitoring Collaborate with BI and systems teams to optimise reporting tools and financial systems Partner with Heads of Department and operational teams to analyse results, identify performance drivers, and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement of budgeting and forecasting processes, moving toward more dynamic forecasting models Contribute to governance and finance process optimisation through SOPs, templates, cycle mapping, and root-cause analysis Work closely with Facility Managers and provide financial support and guidance across the business If you are a commercially minded finance professional looking to make an impact within a growing healthcare environment, we invite you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
