This role is ideal for a technically strong and detail-driven professional who can ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance across all packaging processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections of automated and manual packaging equipment Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs Ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency Monitor and manage spare parts and stock levels Respond to breakdowns, including after-hours support when required Coordinate and support packaging technicians Maintain and improve packaging machinery performance Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate / NQF 4 equivalent Minimum 5 years technical maintenance experience Experience with automated packaging machinery (advantageous) Electrical or Maintenance Diploma (advantageous) Valid drivers licence and own transport Strong MS Office proficiency Key Skills: Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Problem-solving and fault-finding ability Reliability and consistency Structured and methodical approach to work
