Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in George, South Africa, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring clients, marketing and listing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and guiding clients through the property transaction process. The role also involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends. Experience with Real Estate sales and Real Property management, including listing, marketing, and closing deals. Proven Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Strong Sales and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and deliver on client expectations. Proficient communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with the George and Southern Cape property market is a strong advantage.
