Our lodge is looking for an experienced Reservationist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. As a Reservationist, youll play a pivotal role in delivering a warm welcome before guests even arrive, ensuring that every booking is handled with efficiency, accuracy, and a personal touch. What Were Looking For Minimum 5 years experience in central reservations (essential). Tertiary qualification in Hospitality & Tourism (preferred). Proficiency in reservation systems; BENSON experience an advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations with professionalism. Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Team player with leadership and problem-solving abilities. What Youll Do Assist guests with reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Provide accurate information on availability, rates, packages, and special offers. Manage reservations on BENSON (experience an advantage). Confirm bookings, handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Maintain strong relationships with operators, agents, and internal departments. Upsell other properties within the group to maximise guest experience. Keep accurate reservation records and ensure smooth inter-department communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
