Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, including tire changes, minor electrical repairs, and greasing. Use maintenance software to create, track, and manage work orders for all maintenance and repair tasks. Communicate status updates on repairs, maintenance, and safety checks to internal customers and teams. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs or replacement parts. Ensure all work complies with company safety protocols and industry standards. Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in trailer maintenance or repair. Technical Skills: Basic welding skills preferred. Tools: Ability to provide your own tools within 30 days of hire. Additional Skills: Ability to assess and recommend solutions for trailer maintenance and repair needs.
