The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution. Duties & Responsibilities Project Management Budget Management Innovation Pipeline Stakeholder relations (internal and external) Agency Management Brand Activation Developing concepts to launch End to End Strategy Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies. Analysing and continuously adjusting overall brand performance. Driving media plans on relevant channels. Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement. Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance. Collaborating with external agencies. Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints. Recruiting talented employees. Experience & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing 8 years portfolio management and brand activation experience Experience leading teams and agencies.
