They are seeking to appoint a Senior Market Analyst to help build and strengthen their market analytics capability. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial analytics, deal pricing, and market insight within a fast-evolving energy trading context. The Role Analyse customer and market data to inform commercial strategy and decision-making Design and price power purchase agreements (PPAs) and related energy deals Develop customer-focused analytics to support commercial proposals Monitor key market signals and trading indicators Produce high-quality analytical insights for executive stakeholders Support the evolution of pricing models from Excel-based approaches to more advanced coded solutions Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, and executive teams Requirements 6-8+ years’ relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, trading, deals or relevant environments Experience in building financial models from scratch is a non-negotiable minimum requirement for this role Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language Strong financial modelling, pricing, and valuation experience Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into commercially actionable insights Self-starter with strong ownership, intellectual rigor, and sound commercial judgement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Advantageous: Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or trading environments The Opportunity Join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation Build and shape market analytics capability in a real-time trading context High visibility to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Competitive remuneration with a performance-based short-term incentive #J-18808-Ljbffr
