Overview Our online retail business has been expanding rapidly, offering full‑time and part‑time positions to support the development and operations of the business. The role involves website development, stock and financial control, and administration of key supplier and service provider accounts. Further responsibilities will include managing and processing orders and expanding into supply‑chain operations, customer service, and experience management. Responsibilities Manage all courier orders for dispatch, delivery, tracking of orders, and confirm goods receipt by customers. Work with logistics supply chains to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Respond to routine customer enquiries via e‑mail and telephone; identify non‑routine enquiries and escalates as appropriate. Maintain and adjust stock levels and pricing using the in‑house electronic stock‑control system. Perform financial administration duties: bookkeeping, stock control, receipts, payments, creditors, debtors, and related reconciliations. Upload new product lines to e‑commerce and social media platforms. Monitor listings and take action on under‑performing product lines. Resolve missing/damaged items and returns queries. Maintain the status of website products across e‑commerce sales channels. Provide customer advice via e‑mail, face‑to‑face, and telephone. Place stock orders and administer warranty claims with suppliers. Deliver high‑performance output within designated targets in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation is tied to measurable outputs, considering the remote nature of the role. Qualifications Previous sales order processing experience. Experience in financial administration and stock control is critical. Strong customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge of logistics supply chains is required.
